oakcli stop oda_base ... stop CRS ?

Hi

for ODA X5-2 Virtual environment, the command on dom0 to stop ODA_BASE:

oakcli stop oda_base

this command stop ODA_BASE VM, it is also stop CRS of ODA_BASE ?

because I have issue when I try to restart or shutdown ODA X5-2 by blow steps:

1- srvctl stop database >>> no issues .

2- crsctl stop crs  >>> no issues.

3- when log on DOM0 of each node, and run oakcli stop oda_base >>> it do nothing and hanging for long time and ODA_BASE is still running as nothing happened

I noticed that this issue of hanging only happen when I stop CRS on ODA_BASE (
