How to stop users from deleting informal products with the "Delete" function in DPM - RPAS 14.1.1

Experts,

We've a business requirement like, user should not able to "Delete" the newly created informal positions using new DPM functionality in RPAS 14.1.1 or there should be only "Add" option in DPM

We are not aware of the possibilities how to handle such scenarios in RPAS 14.1.1 Now the queries are:

1) Is it possible to stop users from deleting informal products with the "Delete" function in DPM?

2) Is there any way to conditionally stop the users from deleting informal products?

3) Whether it is possible to remove the "Delete" button option from DPM?

Any help will be highly appreciated.
