Hi,  I am starting using MOS and trying to learn how we should open the SR. Our process is a user from a hotel opens an incidence in IBM and an agent from IBM will open a SR in MOS. The contact person for more details usually is the person from the hotel that opens the incidence in IBM. Where do we have to put this user contacts when creating the SR?We cannot do a user account in MOS to all users in the hotels., Thank you
