Rounding off error

I had two issues with JDE worldsoft rounding off.

1. In a voucher generated by purchasing in a foreign currency - the credit and debit balance of local currency was varied by '1'. The amount mentioned in the voucher was correct, but the amount created in JE was '1' greater than the voucher.

2. In a voucher generated by purchasing in local currency - the credit and debit balance is varied by '1'. The amount mentioned in the voucher was correct, but the amount created in JE was '1' greater than the voucher.

can some one please help how to resolve this and it would be really great if you could let me why this happens,
