In Document Type UDC 00/DT, what is the meaning of Special Handling Code 10 for document type S4?

In Document Type UDC 00/DT, what is the meaning of Special Handling Code 10 for document type S4? It is related to a sales order when using Transportation System 49, but I cannot find a reference to it in the documentation pdf for either transportation or sales. Neither can I find a reference to it on the Oracle Knowledge site.
