Change OS date in a RAC 10g on ODA

Hi :

Currently, the time gap is about 5 minutes, and the 2 nodes rac cluster db is runing.

I need to change date the operating system, maintaining consistent server time and the actual time for the rac.

Do I need to restart the database, clusterware, and/or operating system?

If without downtime,
1. Which solution is appropriate and MOS documents can reference it?
2. What are the points for attention?
3. what are the steps detailed information ?
