RTI - Full Payment Submission Process (FPS) 2015/16 completes with error
Hello,
We've recently cloned an environment, and during stabilisation testing RTI FPS has completed with error on the requests screen although it has completed successfully on view payroll results. This means that the PDF has not been produced.
The log file shows no particular error (see output below).
We've verified settings as per "" and they look fine, and the same as the environment that the clone was taken from, where the process works.
Does anyone have any ideas of settings we may need to check for this process to work on a newly refreshed environment?
