Downloads needed to go from CM 13.1 to CM 14.0?

We are currently still using CM 13.1 and will soon be going to 14.0.

Assuming we have all the hardware machine set up and ready to go for the CM 14.0; which of the patches do I need to download to go to CM 14.0 from CM 13.1?

We will be migrating the data bases, etc. after the basic machine is set up.
