Life Event - Issue

Hi,

Request you to provide the possible solution for the below issue.

Issue:

Employee has initiated a life event [ Ex:Birth] using self service and entered the required data like Date of birth.

Employee was able to start his enrollment and submitted his elections,however without completing/ending the event he logged off.

As per Benefits, the process status is entered[ET], so nightly Ben admin runs and completes this event to 'FE'[Finalized - Enrolled], however when administrator navigates to Manage life event instance, the activity guide instance status still displayed as ' In Progress'.

Questions:

1] When we deleted the life event from Manage life event Instance, the FE[Finalized Enrolled] record is deleted [ Which I think is correct]
