R31410 cancelling PO

Hi,

When a PO is created from R31410 and due to change in WO, R31410 was re-run to create a new purchase for a bulk(60) of work orders. But to surprise the old PO was cancelled and new PO wasn't created this leaves annoying. All the processing options in place to update. WO sts is at 40 and its related transfer order also at 527 sts(acknowledged)

Could please let know what would have caused R31410 not to create new PO but the new routing and parts list are OK.
