How do you change the view of the Salary Rate in SSHR to display > 2 decimal places?

We recently implemented our Puerto Rico locations on Payroll and when they or Managers view their salary information in SSHR, it is rounding to 2 decimal places.  I thought I found the solution with the Information below, but it only changed the Salary to 5 decimal places and not the rate as would have been expected.  The example I was given from the location is the employee's hourly wage is $19.99888 but their salary screen is showing as $20.00.  Any guidance or help would be most appreciated.
