Receipt missing in RMS from SIM

We have came across the issue, few PO's are missing shipment/receipt info in RMS but perfectly received in SIM and receipt message is published from SIM, i have verified the receipt on ACTIVITY_HISTORY table.

All dated on 15-JAN-16, we have RIB-RMS RIB adapter outage on 15th Jan. We have also opened SEV#1 SR with Oracle. Having said that we suspect we might have lost these messages in RMS.

Now business wants to create an invoice of those receipts and they unable to see it in ReIM (Since there is no shipment/Receipt created in RMS user unable to see it in ReIM).
