Install the EBS r12.2 on windows server 2008 but cause error RW-50010 and RW-50004

Hi There:

     When i install oracle EBS r12.2.0 on windows server 2008 X64 ,it cause a lot of time with the same error.

     I followed all the step on the document  1330706.1

     1.Installed in the windows server 2008 R2 standard with sp1,

     2.visual studio 2005 all conponent setup and service pack 1 and visual C++ 2005 SP1 Redistributable package (X86)

     3.Follow all the step on the document 414992.1

     4.download the GUNMAKE from sourceforge.net and copy to the cygwin\bin folder

     when I start the RapidWiz.cmd and it ran thought all the test .

     but still cause error.who can help me??
