How to resubmit Pending Material Transactions

Hi,

We have more than 100 pending material transactions stuck in MTL_MATERIAL_TRANSACTIONS_TEMP table.

These transactions are not appearing in the Pending Transactions Form but Inventory Accounting Period form is showing them as pending.

There are not errors also.

We are unable to close the inventory period.

Please provide script for resubmitting these transactions from SQL becuase these are not appearing in the form.
