SSHR eP60 'Adobe Reader could not open eP60.pdf' error

Hello everyone,

In our Production environment this weekend we have just upgraded to 12.1_HRMS_RUP8 (at the same time we also applied OCT CPU and IE11 patches and all the pre-requisites) and are now experiencing this issue, which worked prior to our upgrade.

The file path held against profile option HR: Intermediate File Output Storage Folder exists with the relevant permissions.  Our DBA's have checked and output files exist in the server directory (both XML and PDF files exist) but for an unknown reason we are unable to view them in Oracle using the View eP60 functionality.

Has anyone experienced this issue before, or is able to offer any advise on what else (apart from this profile option) we should be checking.
