Tools 9.1.5

In the UGC management tool, every time you reserve and object in order to edit the dat file and re upload, it creates a record. Some objects have 100's of records and causes a slowness in response time from P982400.

There is no 'delete' function that I can see. Is there a way to delete 'old' records?
