Receipts Workbench Issue: Status of a Reversed Receipt is Shown as "Reversal-User Error"

Good day,

I have this issue on receivable workbench where a particular transaction is being reversed, and did not impact the general ledger. While checking through the status, I found out that the status of the Reversed Receipt is shown as "Reversal- user error". Please kindly assist.
