Maximum Amount Based Tax Calculation

Hi

We are implementing EB Tax version R12.1.3. For Manufacturing Industry, according to NC state law the tax rate is 1% on the single item and should not exceed the $80 maximum amount on the single item.

Can we setup the 1% and $80 Max through E-Business Tax engine.

For example : Unit Price per each quantity is $8500, so 1% of the tax amount is $85. Maximum amount per unit should not exceed to $80.
