No price found for mandatory adjustment

We are using advanced pricing with a mandatory adjustment. When creating an RMA with a sales order for re-shipment and a purchase order to receive the returned material, the sales order invokes the pricing adjustments with no errors. When creating an RMA with a credit order and a purchase order, the credit order does retrieve any pricing and the subject error is thrown. I have reviewed all the Knowledge Base and Community postings and none address this particular RMA issue.

Any suggestions for resolution of this issue would be greatly appreciated.
