Is using multiple UOM in one Routing correct?

We are using standard costing method and cost rollup. We want to define routing for packing SKU and in that routing we want to use Kg in the routing header. Kg and Cartons in the operations at steps. We have defined the resource unit cost in per kg. Now is this a correct practice to do rollup with two operations step quantity in kg and one operations step quantity in cartons?

we are using the following rollup formula for resource

(Resource Unit Cost = 1 / Standard Qty) * [(Total Output Qty / Routing Qty) * (Step

Quantity / Process Quantity)] * Resource Count * Resource Usage * Resource Nominal

Howdy, Stranger!
