Assigning Collectors at P&L Level

We have some business requirements where the users want to be able to assign a collector depending on who the sales rep is.  Sales reps are not territorial as much as they are assigned based off the product being sold.  The business also does not want to create multiple sites with the same address.  The business wants to have two collectors in IEX working the same account depending on what the sales channel is on the invoice.  Is there a less customized way of doing something like this knowing that we have a restriction around the creation of customer sites?
