JDE is Slow

App- 9.1

Tools - 9.1.5.1

DB- Oracle 12C

OS- Solaris 11

Users are intermittently complaining that JDE is slow, we do not see any issue anywhere. In the JAS log I can see :

26 Jan 2016 13:09:36,773[WARN][JPARRI][RUNTIME]FormGridEngine.setGridCellError(): Can't fetch ErrorItem from JAS server, error =  | Grid-1, Column[0] Title: Order

Number, Row: 0, Form Name: P311221_W311221C

While searching I came through the below guide :

My question is can JDE be slow for the users using Work Order Time Entry - P311221 application and related applications.
