Installation of phone systems/building data wiring - what JDEdwards One World Software product to us
We currently install phone system equipment and we also do wiring of buildings, offices, etc. We would need to track labor costs as well as all equipment, parts, etc costs. Currently we only utilize work orders in JDE to track costs. All tracking of the jobs are done in excel, from 1st stage to billing stage. The entire process up to the billing stage is manual. We currently use the service billing module to invoice our customers. Does anyone have a suggestions as to what module we should use to track these jobs and to be able to report accurate
