How can I map a drive to its serial number?

For some reason, on our 7310, there is a faulted drive showing under zpool status, but not anywhere in the GUI. I would like to identify that drive (it's not being identified by lights) by its serial number. Is there a way from the command line to translate drive identifiers, i.e., c2t5000CCA39CD31559d0 to their corresponding serial number
