Intermittent Unit Selling Price Modifier LOV Pop Up Issue

Hi Guys,

We recently migrated to 12.2.4 from 12.0.6 and we are facing an intermittent issue in OE Lines Unit Selling Price .The Modifier LOV comes up sometime and sometimes it won't with FRM-41830: List of Values contains no entries Message.

Anyone ever faced this issue or any idea on how to fix this.

The related pld version are as below.

OEXOEFRM.pld 120.181.12020000.17

OEXOELIB.pld 120.125.12020000.20
