Bulk Request Import process (IP2014)

Hi,

We have a requirement wherein we want to create similar bulk orders for a scenario where a customer account has a single Billing Account but multiple Service Account.

Could you please assist me in getting below details:

1. Whether this is feasible via the Manage Bulk Request process or not?

     As per my understanding, if we create a Bulk Request with below details this should work, but am not able to execute it on sample database, hence please confirm if my understanding is correct so that I can proceed further with debugging it:

     a. Create a Bulk Request with Action Set of Type "New", Child Type as "Service Id" and provide the Customer and Billing account in Account and Billing Account.
