User does not have permission to purge Quotes

Hi,

We are using 12.2.4 and want to purge quotes, but when we execute Purge Quote its completed with error and log shows message as "The user SYSADMIN does not have permission to purge Quotes. Please contact your system administrator"

Kindly help if some role or permission needs to be assigned for user.
