Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Return order to be considered as supply in planning

Hi Experts,

Is it possible to consider 'Return Orders' (order is not received in the warehouse - onhand is ZERO) to be considered as supply in planning.

Say return order qty = 10nos, on-hand is ZERO, open sale order qty is 10 nos.

Planning need to peg the return order qty instead of creating new buy recommendations.

Your view on this will be of great help.
