Oracle Upgarde Version and Migrate to a New Hardware

Dears,

We have 2 Nodes (AIX 6.1) Oracle RAC (11203) Cluster DB, along with a Physical Standby DB (Single Node - AIX 6.1).

As we know that Oracle has ended its support for 11203, hence we are planning for a Upgrade to 11204.

Also we have procured IBM Power8 Hardware recently.

So now we have to upgrade RAC from 11203 to 11204 and also migrate from old-hardware-IBM Power5 (AIX 6.1) to new-hardware-IBM Power8 (AIX7.1)

Please let me know the best possible approaches and options available to achive this in one-go. (DB Size is 300GB)

OUR MAIN AIM IS TO HAVE MINIMAL or no-DOWNTIME.

Looking forward for helpful suggestions.
