Scheduled Concurrent Not working Accurately?

Dear All,

I have Scheduled Following Concurrents but they were not working properly..

Automated Ship Confirm – SRS

Workflow Background Process

Pick Selection List Generation – SRS

Interface Trip Stop - SRS


However when i submit those individually it works and there was a requirement of automate pick release and ship confirm process. Appreciate your kind support on this issue..
