SL500: Unable to connect into both CLI serial public network port

hello expert, this is a strange issue with the SL500 at our lab. I'm unable to connect to SL500 either via CLI/serial port or public network port via SL Console.

When I connect the serial cable and reboot the machine, its showing usual boot up messages till stopped on login screen, but I can't type anything there.

try to change the serial speed from 38400 to 19200, 9600 still no luck.

checking the controller, there is no amber light on 'fault' led. try replacing controller with another one but still same.

boot up messages on attachment.

any advice on this kind of issue?
