Production Scheduling: Unable to move an operation

Hi all

I thought I would try here before logging an SR but I am not sure if this is the right place for Oracle Production Scheduling discussions.  If it is not, please point me in the right direction.

I have a production scheduling (PS) model where I am trying to move an operation earlier in the schedule but I am not able to.  There are minimal constraints such as a calendar and fixed time fence setup, the listed raw material/component on the bill of material consumes zero.  Is there something else I can look at?
