Unable to start EMGC_OMS1 OEM 12c managed server

Hi,

While start OEM 12C services EMGC_OMS1 managed server hangs. No error in logs.

Last Line in EMGC_OMS1.log after this it is not moving forward.

The system is vulnerable to security attacks, since it trusts certificates signed by the demo trusted CA.

Can anyone suggest how to fix this issue.
