How to enable withdraw button in Expense Reports page of iExpenses ?

Withdraw button is available in Expense Home page under Track submitted Expense Report section. But its not available in Expense Reports page under search. Is is possible to have withdraw button in this page as in the Expnese Home page ? We are using 12.2.4. Did check in the Application Menu of iExpenses, but could not find the relevant Menu option or function to enable. Please view the attached document.
