JDE US Payroll Year end - Getting W2 workfile integrity error code 02 in report R07874.

During year end process of creating W2's, In - W2 workfile integrity report R07874 got an error code 02 = variances between the F06136 Tax History Taxable Wage and F07831 W-2 Workfile (State/Local). What causes these variances and how do we correct them?
