Warehouse Notifications Program gives ORA-06512 error

Hi ,

Running the Warehouse Notifications program

Navigator >> Spares Management >> Reports and Programs >> Warehouse Notifications

gives the below error

ORACLE error 1422 in FDPSTP

Cause: FDPSTP failed due to ORA-01422: exact fetch returns more than requested number of rows

ORA-06512: at "APPS.CSP_PLANNER_NOTIFICATIONS", line 389

ORA-06512: at line 1

We are on 12.1.3

Any idea why this error is occuring?
