how to clear a VTSS and SL8500 for a new group and/or client ?

We typically do a MIGRATE (manually) when needed to create MVCs from VTVs

Now we want to clear the SL8500 and VTSS then turn over the hardware to the group/client.

They will have their own JCL,, CDSes environment, config .

Later we would return to our CDSes , import and/or enter MVCs, etc.

I am unclear on how to zero out the VTSS.

Am I suggesting something that is even possible to do?
