Oracle Forms and Reports 12c install on Windows 7 failed

Oracle Forms and Reports 12c install on Windows 7

Problem Description

---------------------------------------------------

I downloaded following

fmw_12.2.1.0.0_fr_win64_Disk1_1of1.zip

fmw_12.2.1.0.0_infrastructure_Disk1_1of1.zip

jdk-8u71-windows-x64.exe

Installer jdk, weblogic 12c fine.

But when tried to install forms and reports, run unzipped setup_fmw_12.2.1.0.0_fr_win64.exe as administrator, a popup windows shows preparing ....., clean .. then exit.

Could you help?
