Can you update the name of a rate schedule

Is there a way to update the name of a Rate Schedule? We currently have some rate schedules that include a percentage in their name, we would like that removed from the title. Alternatively, if we cannot rename the schedule, can we “deactivate it” so we can create a new one for use?
