How to create/attach a parts list to a Work Order from Sales Order

We are trying to figure out how to configure and utilize Sales Order and the Sales Order to Work Order interface (in JDE E1 9.1) to generate and attach a parts list from the SO detail onto the WO that is created from a W line type on the SO.  There is only one W line type that is set up as an inventory item for 'installation labor.'  All other SO detail is material.  When creating a Sales Quote, we add one W line type and all other material to be included.  This material detail could be from kit configurations,
