FRM-40735 just after a patch installation within a VISION Instance 12.2.4 (OKS)

Hello,
EBS : 12.2.4(VISION) on linux

Patch installed : 21778261
No probleme during installation with adop .

I followed several notes about this kind of issue in OKS .
A lot of notes ask to check invalid packages in OKS,OKC and compile forms,pll in OKC,OKS .
I did it but i can't resolve this issue.

The problem is similar to the note : ORA-01403: no data found FRM-40735: PRE-FORM trigger raised unhandled exception ORA-06508 When Attempting to Create New Contracts ( Doc ID 2015005.1)

Could you please help?
