Clarification for PSU12.1.0.2.160119

Hello,

I would like to implement the above patch. My Oracle Home version = 12.1.0.2. I would like some clarifications.

From the docs,

1) OJVM PSU - includes JDBC Patch fixes

2) from January 2015 onwards: include the JDBC fixes

3) require the database home to be patched to at least October 2014 DB PSU (or equivalent)

I thought that the patches are cumulative. Do I have to do OCT2014 DB PSU before I do 160119 DB PSU ?
