SIM Promotion file is not loading

Hi,

We are facing issues while loading the PROMOTION file in SIM. While running the script Promotionpricechange.sh script to load the PUB file, it runs normally and we didn't have any errors but it failed to load all the data of the file. (It is representing the empty file status as 0 in the DB tables)

Also, we tested with other files, the script is working successfully.

It seems to be an issue with the file, also the file was generated by the Promotionpricechangepublish.sh script of RPM only.

Can anyone please help us on this?
