Please let me know usefulness of below profile option for finance subledger(AP, AR etc)

 

GL Ledger Name

HR: Security Profile

HR: User Type

HR:Business Group

HR:User Type

  1. Above profile option are mandatory?
  2. Its impact on subledger if I assigned them?
  3. Its impact on subledger if I don’t assigned them?
