Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. Cannot reuse deleted item code for new item

An item that was never transacted had to be deleted (from all organizations)

Now we need to create a new item with same code combination.

The item has been deleted and cannot be queried

However when we attempt to create new item with same code combination, following error appears
