Hyperion Planning 11.1.2.4.100: Detailed Import/Export Log for (Cancelled status)

Hi all,

I'm working on a Planning Application (Hyperion Planning 11.1.2.4.100) on a Cloud Environment

After launching a Metadata Import Job (5 seconds), I've seen that that Status changed to "Cancelled".

I've checked the Detailed Status log (by Click on the "Cancelled" label) but there is no log entry (Info, Errors, Warning, Errors)

Is there a way to see a detailed log (we can't access to File System as we are on a Cloud Environment)?
