BIP Blank Template Being Generated When Printing Purchase Orders

Hi,  We use BI Publisher to print/email our purchase orders.  We generate a group of PO's every hour and print them.  More than one instance we will have a group of about 10-15 PO's being printed.  All of the records get generated and updated status to show that it has printed.  But when we go to view the BIP Outputs, a random number of them are just the blank template with no details within the template.

Has anyone ever seen this?
