Auto patch error on applying Patch 8796558 for R12.1.3

Currently we are on 11.2.0.3.8 rdbms running R12.1.3 EBS apps version.
We are planning to upgrade database to 12c but when we tried to apply interopeartibility
patches note(Doc ID 1524398.1)  on application side patches(pre-req prior to 12c upgrade) prior to 12c upgrade.
We are getting java errors when start applying Patch 8796558   ...mainly below...and need help...
Please let us know how to solve it so we can go to apply other patches...
Also adding full logfile for workers and patchfile for log.
