Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Coverage Template Error

On EBS 12.2.4 - When trying to define a new coverage template, I receive an error which prevents the saving of a new coverage template:

FRM-40735: ON-INSERT trigger raised unhandled exception ORA-04062

I have followed the solution steps via Doc ID 757630.1, but are these applicable beyond 12.1.3 as stated?
