Forms 12c as standalone application

Hi,

i'm testing new features for forms 12c as standalone application. Just, noticed, that every time i run application (as standalone), all jars from app server are downloaded to frmsal temporary directory.

Is there any way to avoid this, because we have our own jar files and we'd like to decrease application startup, something like using jre cache?
